Meals
Choose from our deluxe menu or customize your own dishes by sending us your grocery list. Your cook will then pre stock on your behalf and provide you with your shopping receipt when you arrive at the villa. This service attracts a US$45 service charge. Or feel free to go grocery shopping with your cook when you arrive.

Ask about our introductory rates of US$330 - $550 nightly including all taxes and service charges, this offer expires December 14, 2006.

Please note; the Non-winter season period is rented at a minimum of 3 nights, winter season 5 nights and 7 nights minimum for the holiday periods.
Rates are based on double occupancy per room; each additional person attracts US$20.00 nightly.

Payment, Cancellation, and Damages deposit Policy
Your reservation request will be reconfirmed by us within 24 to 48 hours of your submission. A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 30 days before travel. No refunds for cancellation that are made within 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations 31 or more days prior to schedule occupancy, we will refund all deposits less 10% cancellation fee. A US$500 property damage deposit also is required. We will refund this promptly on the date of departure if no damage is done to the property. For Christmas and New Year the no-refund policy applies 40 days prior to scheduled travel.

All payments must be in the form of Check, Bank draft, or Wire transfer.
*We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, certified checks, money orders and bank transfers.

Government taxes are already included in rates, while 10% gratuity charge is then applied to villa rate only. Gratuity charge fully covers the services of Chef, Butler, Chambermaid, Laundress, Gardener, and Security personnel.
