Charming, South facing holiday villa, within walking distance
of sandy beach El Portet and the village of Moraira.
Set in a big garden, completely closed-in, well kept, with large
lawn and mature trees.
Private pool with steps (the pool man comes twice a week in summer
time) and terraces with garden furniture.
Downstairs, the villa has a cosy "bodega" with fridge
and TV, where you can have a fresh drink.
There is a double bedroom with a bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find one double bedroom and one with single
beds, a bathroom, a living-dining room with TV satellite, DVD,
a big kitchen, a front terrace and a back terrace.

There is a garage and an automatic gate to enter the garden with
your car.
At arrival, you will receive a remote control and two sets of keys
for the villa.
Tv with English satellite, DVD, books.
General items include washing machine, bed linen (we change weekly
on Saturday), central heating, oven, microwave, kettle, fridges,
iron & board, toaster and vacuum cleaner, barbecue.
A cot can be provided without extra cost. Please ask for it when
booking.

Moraira has a great number of shops, pubs and restaurants and
a delightful marina where you can see beautiful yachts when having
a drink in its restaurant.
Local sports: sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, snorkelling,
sea fishing, Jet Ski, and golf, all nearby.
Friday local market offers fresh fruits and vegetables and a lot
of hand made items.
