The location could not be better -- 100 yards from The Canyons' People Mover lift, whisking you to the heart of The Canyons Village where you can ride the gondola up the mountain, walk around and shop, eat dinner or go ice skating. In addition, the condo is right on a lovely stream -- the condo's living room opens up on to Aspen Creek.
You'll love coming home and relaxing on the patio -- sit on the comfortable Adirondack chairs or sooth your muscles in the hot Jacuzzi while listening to the flowing stream and looking out for the abundant wildlife that frequents the Aspen groves. When you're ready to go out on the town, call my management company's FREE SHUTTLE for a short ride to Park City town center (or the Park City/Deer Valley lifts, all about 3 mi.away), the Olympic Winter Park (2 mi. away), or the factory outlet mall.
Aside from the private Jacuzzi, sauna and garage, and the other amenities listed below, the townhome has a TON OF EXTRAS such as tasteful art and decor (including Mangleson wildlife photos), candles, light dimmers, chenille throws, electric blankets, plenty of storage, all the cooking utensils and appliances you'll need, and games and videos for kids. Enjoy the gift basket waiting for you upon your arrival!
The BEDROOMS are large and tastefully decorated, with plenty of drawers, shelves and hangers. There are 1 king and 2 queen beds. The LARGE LOFT has twin trundle beds and a full-sized futon. No problem sleeping 4 kids up there. And there's a TV and VCR in the loft for the kids to enjoy. If you're all adults, the condo very comfortably sleeps 8 or 9. Nobody needs to sleep on the living room couch in this condo!
A BIT ON THE CANYONS: If you haven't heard about The Canyons, you soon will. In the past three years, the American Skiing Corp. has invested $500 Million and tripled the mountain's size. The Canyons is now the largest ski resort in Utah and the 5th largest in the U.S. It is scheduled to be the LARGEST SKI RESORT IN NORTH AMERICA within a few years. You've got to visit it now, before the rest of the world discovers it! Plus, The Canyons definitely has the shortest lift lines of all the nearby ski mountains. I promise, you'll love the wide-ranging terrain and World Famous dry Utah powder.
But this isn't just a ski-condo. If you're reading this right now, you probably know how beautiful Park City is in the summer. I can guarantee that you will love this condo even more in the non-winter seasons. The serenity of being right on Aspen Creek, away from traffic, will be a real treat for you.
