There is a unrefundable 20% deposit in a cashiers check form for all reservations.
And a security deposit of $200 that is refundable up to 2 months after vacancy to give time to get the phone bill and any damages (if any) taken care of.
These are weekly rates and if you were to stay less than a week or days over a week, then it would be prorated by the night.
There is also a Hawaii 11.41% tax to be added.
And a $150 cleaning fee.
There is an additional $10 per person/per day, if more than 6 persons are staying (including children).
