Situated at Fairway Oaks in Hudson - New Port Richey, Florida our Villa is located in a quiet position on a Championship Golf Course, it has a large kidney shaped pool and a spacious sundeck which enjoys a private and secluded outlook and is bathed in sunshine throughout the day. The accommodation comprises of 1 Large King Sized Bedroom with Bathroom en - suite, also 1 Double and 1 - Twin Bedded Room these are served by a second Family Size Bathroom. We have 2 - Lounges, a Formal Dining Room and a Breakfast Nook most of the Rooms have sliding Patio Doors opening directly onto the Pool area. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Cooker, Oversized Fridge - Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Telephone, A separate utility room houses a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Sink. The Villa is fully Air Conditioned and all the rooms have ceiling fans. Three Televisions are provided throughout, there is an in - house entertainment system, Video and DVD Player and a separate Music. |

The Villa is located at Fairway Oaks. Hudson and is less than 10 minutes from Hudson Beach and the famous "Sam's Bar" where the sunsets are stunning. Tampa with Busch Gardens, the Beaches of Clearwater and it's other attractions are approx 45 minutes away. Orlando and the "Magic of Disney", Sea World, Universal Studios and all the Major Theme Parks are just 90 minutes away, also close are Tarpon Springs and Weeki Wakki. For Eating out and Entertainment we are just a 5 min drive from the main US19 were you can find every type of Restaurant, Fast Food Outlets, Cinema's, Bowling Alley and Large Shopping Mall.You can even take a trip out to Sea to visit the Floating Casino Boat, maybe win enough to pay for the Holiday. Sports are numerous there are dozens of excellent Golf Courses within a 30 min drive, Tennis, Swimming, Basketball are all available at the local Sports Centre. Boat Hire and Fishing Trips all within easy reach, in fact there is so much to do your vacation will literally fly by. |
