Our luxurious, fully air conditioned villa sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 master bedrooms (both en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms sharing the third bathroom.
The spacious accommodation includes a large lounge and dining area, newly furnished to a very high standard, with child-alarmed patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool area.
Cable television is available in the family room and in both of the master bedrooms. A DVD and VCR player, CD/radio/cassette player and a selection of books and games are also provided for your entertainment.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffeemaker and all necessary utensils.
Laundry facilities include a large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
For the car there is a wide drive entrance to the property and a large double garage.
To call home there is a telephone and local calls are free!
All bed linen and towels are supplied and hairdryers too !
You will probably want to spend most of your time outside relaxing by the private 28ft x 14ft screened pool, drenched in sunshine most of the day and floodlit at night. At cooler times of the year there is the option of having the pool heated. The large pool deck has a range of comfortable patio furniture.
Needless to say the villa is licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety requirements. And of course there is a local management company on hand 24 hours a day, who will ensure that your stay is relaxed and trouble-free, and if required provide you with discounted tickets for all of the day and night-time attractions.

The villa has open views South over Orange Groves in a small gated community - The Abbey at West Haven just 2 miles from exit 58 on the I4 (next exit Disney).
The nearest Golf is just 2 miles away at Champions gate with the Greg Norman designed courses and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy; and there are lots more courses within easy reach.
Gulf or Atlantic coast beaches are just over an hour away or you can arrange to swim with dolphins, manatees or sharks!!
Tennis, fishing and watersports are not far away.
The nearest supermarket and restaurants are only 2 miles away.

Prices include gas, electricity and water charges (except pool heating); property and sales taxes; linen and towels; and maid service between lets.
