Our fully air conditioned luxury villa located at Indian Creek is lavishly furnished in Floridian style, designed to ensure that you have the holiday of a lifetime. Both master bedroom and the first guest bedroom have en-suite facilities, which makes the villa ideal for two families sharing or a group of friends. The large master bedroom compromises a king-sized bed and the en-suite is fitted with a large shower and bath. French style patio doors lead from the master bedroom directly onto the patio area. The first guest bedroom compromises a queen-size bed and the en-suite is complete with a shower/bath. Bedrooms three and four are each fitted with two single beds and share the third bathroom, which is fitted with a shower/bath.
There is a large living room measuring 14ft x 23ft which has been furnished to a very high standard by an interior designer. A queen-size sofa bed and a multi-channel cable t.v are in the living room. The dining room which measures 12ft4ins x 10ft is situated just off the living room and French style doors lead from the dining room to the patio area.
A fully equipped kitchen measuring 13ft3ins x 11ft8ins is situated at the front of the house and includes a 19 cubic foot refrigerator with icemaker. A cooker, microwave and dishwasher are also included. An ample supply of cutlery, plates, cups and saucers, egg cups and glasses are all provided for your use.
A 15ft x 30ft private heated swimming pool is situated at the rear of the villa and is accessed via the patio. The pool is surrounded by extended decking for those wishing to enjoy poolside sunbathing in the wonderful Florida sunshine. A patio table, chairs and sun loungers are provided on the patio area. The pool is fully screened and a stockade has been erected around the rear of the villa for maximum privacy. There is underwater and poolside lighting provided for those wishing to take a late night dip, or sit and enjoy the Florida moonlight with a night-cap.

Our villa is located at Indian Creek, Kissimme, Florida, situated in a quiet rural area, yet only 2 miles from highway 192, which boasts many fine restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and other attractions. Indian Creek, which is within a 20-30 minute drive of Orlando International airport, is also within an easy 10-15 minutes drive of Disney’s main gate and all major attractions. In addition to all the local theme park attractions, golf, fishing, boating and horse riding facilities are all nearby.

We regret that animals are not allowed in your holiday villa, and smoking is restricted to the patio area.

If you require pool heating an additional charge of £100 per week or £15 per day will be made.
Bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by a 25% deposit of the total rental costs. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition, a £150 security deposit is required; this will not be banked, and will be returned to you on completion of a satisfactory inspection of the villa following your holiday.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must do so in writing to: ACT View (LLC) Limited at the address shown below in the contact details section. Should you cancel within six weeks of the departure date you will remain liable to pay the following:
Up to 43 days prior to departure date - Deposit only
From 42 days to 22 days prior to departure date - 60% of full charge
From 21 days to departure date - 100% of full charge.
