Our brand new two storey fully air conditioned villa, located at Highlands Reserve, is situated alongside a par 72 Championship golf course. It is the ultimate holiday home for visiting golfers wishing to enjoy the game in the glorious Florida sunshine. Our home at Highlands Reserve has been fully furnished to a very high standard in order to provide you and your family with comfortable and relaxing surroundings during your stay. The large master bedroom on the ground floor compromises a queen size bed and has an en-suite with a walk in closet, basins, toilet and a large shower area. Three further bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The second bedroom has a double bed and walk in closet and overlooks the pool area and golf course. Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds and walk in closets. The second bathroom is also situated on the first floor, with basin, toilet bath/shower and fitted cupboards.
The spacious lounge measures 16 feet x 17 feet 7 inches and contains a two and a three seat sofa. The three seat sofa converts into a double bed. The lounge area also contains a coffee table, T.V cabinet, multi-channel cable T.V and video. Two lounge windows overlook the pool area and sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to the covered porch area and your private pool. A dining room measuring 11 feet 8 inches x 10 feet is situated off the lounge.
A 12 x 24 foot private heated swimming pool is located at the rear of the villa and is accessed via the patio. The pool is surrounded by extended decking for those wishing to enjoy poolside sunbathing in the wonderful Florida sun. A patio table, chairs and sun loungers are also provided for your use, and underwater and poolside lighting for those wishing to take a late night dip or relax with a night cap in the moonlight.

Our holiday villa is located at 234 Gleneagles Circle on the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf course off Highway 27 in Polk County. The rear of the villa actually borders the golf course so you can sit by the pool and admire the skills of passing golfers. The golf course at Highlands Reserve features 120 foot elevation changes winding through citrus groves and pine trees, overlooking one of Florida's most picturesque conservation areas. Highlands Reserve is also within an easy 20/30 minute drive of Disney's main gate and all major attractions. Our villa is just three miles south of Highway 192 West, and approximately 10 miles from Disney. Highway 192, which takes you straight to Walt Disney Resort boasts many fine restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets and other attractions. In addition to the on-site golf and tennis facilities, fishing, boating and horse riding facilities are all nearby.

We regret that no animals are allowed in the villa and smoking is restricted to the patio area.

If you require pool heating an additional charge of £100 per week or £15 per day will be made.
Bookings will not be accepted unless accompanied by a 25% deposit of the total rental costs. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition, a £150 security deposit is required; this will not be banked, and will be returned to you on completion of a satisfactory inspection of the villa following your holiday.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must do so in writing to: ACT View (LLC) Limited at the address shown below in contact details section. Should you cancel within six weeks of the departure date you will remain liable to pay the following:
Up to 43 days prior to departure date - Deposit only
From 42 days to 22 days prior to departure date - 60% of full charge
From 21 days to departure date - 100% of full charge.
