This East Coast Florida beach house is situated in a small gated village in a very quiet area beside Melbourne Beach. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. One can be made en-suite with the second bathroom. Laundry, fully equipped kitchen, pool forty feet long. Pool area fully screened.

Villa has TV, VCR, tape /CD player etc. Dining table for six, separate breakfast area. Grand piano. Pool uses a heat pump which is cheap to run.

Private access to the Atlantic. Very quiet. Village has its own fishing pier. Supermarket and shops about 15 mins drive, small shop 20 mins walk. Golf course adjacent. Lots of places nearby to eat.

Two hours drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford a little further.
