Our Luxury 4 bedroom home is situated on Lindfields, one of Orlandos most secure and pleasant residential areas surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands yet only 4 miles from Disney. It makes an ideal base for the holiday of a lifetime,what ever your holiday preference, be it theme parks, golf, fishing or just relaxation.
Lounge & Family Room :
Our home has 2 living areas, making it ideal for a large family. The main lounge has three comfortable sofas a large television with cable and a vcr, including a selection of videos. Our family room also has two comfortable sofas, and a stereo with cd player and a variety of cds.
Master Bedroom & En-suite:
Our spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, tv with cable, and a clock radio alarm. Adjacent is the en-suite, featuring walk-in shower, marble roman tub, his and hers vanity washbasins and large walk-in wardrobe.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and ample wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 & 4 both have twin beds, and double wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is our mickey & minnie room which our younger mickey fans will enjoy. Our 2nd bathroom is located between bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 and features bathtub, shower and vanity basin.
Kitchen & Dining Rooms:
Our full equipped kitchen includes full range, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal and ample kitchen utensils. The adjacent dining nook seats 4 and overlooks the pool area. Our formal dining area also overlooks the pool and seats 6. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities and is situated between bathroom 2 and the pool area.
Pool:
Our pool is south facing ensuring the sun from dawn till dusk and is fully screened to keep out the bugs, and let in the rays. It features underwater lighting for that midnight swim after a tiring day at the parks, and can be heated during the winter months at an additional charge. Our pool deck has ample patio furniture and a bbq. The whole area is also fenced for privacy.

General Information:
1. The villa is serviced between holidays by our local property management company, who will be on hand throughout your stay.
2. A telephone is provided for free local calls, and also accepts incoming calls, including international. Should you need to make international calls, then an international calling card is available for purchase from most supermarkets; these prove to be economical and easy to use.
3. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME with the exception of the pool area.
4. The rental includes all linens, towels, electricity and all state taxes.
5. Arrival at the property should be after 4.00pm the property must be vacated by 11.00am on date of departure, unless otherwise prearranged.
