Our house is a two story single family house backing woods.
It has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge family area on 1st floor, a dining area
and a full kitchen as well as a loft on 2nd floor. It has a large (39 x 15) screened
pool in the backyard with a jacuzzi/spa on the top of it.

decor and fittings ourselves. We have adopted the philosophy that
as this was going to be our once in a lifetime opportunity we
would design and furnish our home to a standard and not a budget,
it is our belief that we have achieved our objective, we are sure

Our management firm has experienced on-site manager living in
the same community being accessible 24/7 when you are there. This
means when you have any problems coming up, yes, over 90% vacationers
do, you can get the problem fixed within 20 minutes.

Our home is situated in an elevated, prime position on the edge
of the prestigious Crescent Lakes development, on an oversized
lot with extensive mature trees surrounding the backyard pool
and jacuzzi. Yet despite the idyllic, peaceful location our home
is only 15 minutes drive from Disney main gate - the heart of
the Orlando theme park world. 10 minutes on the way to Disney
is route 192, the bustling main artery of Kissimmee with it's
multitude of shops, top class restaurants, bars and entertainment
complexes. 'The 192' is not only the main route straight into
Disney's main gate and all the magic that is Walt Disney World,
it also provides an easy access route to Universal Studios, Sea
World, Downtown Disney, the East and West coast beaches and just
about every other Orlando area attraction.

and offer flexible rates to all available time as well as
