Our family owned 4 bed, 3 bath air conditioned executive Villa has its own South-West facing pool with Waterfall Hot Tub/Spa. We are situated on a premier plot overlooking a Unique Florida Conservation Area, that means we are not overlooked from the rear.
The extended pool has themed lighting (a touch of Disney Magic). We have a 32 inch Family TV with 60 Channels, DVD/CD player and a Computer with free 24 hour internet access. The villa is located on THE premier 5* Gated Community in the Disney Area known as 'Windsor Palms'.
Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 4 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, pool tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop, business facilities, 24 hour gated entrance and a shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service). There is a brand new golf course within a 5 minute walk. Less than a 5 minute drive away you will also find a 24 hour supermarket and lots of choice for dining out.

The fitness centre is the perfect place to get ready for that day at the parks. The on-site cinema provides a choice of daily films for your enjoyment. The on-site sundry shop provides a range of goods for your convenience. The on-site children's play area is the perfect spot for your children to have fun and make friends. The magic Kingdom and MGM Disney Studios are 10 Min from the villa, Sea World Wet and Wild and Universal Studios are 20 Minutes away. Busch Gardens and Tampa are 50 Min from the villa.

The villa is situated in a safe and secure gated community “Windsor Palms”.
Just off the 192 and 3.5 miles from Interstate 4 it is close to all the major tourist attractions. It is within a 10 minute drive of the gates of Disney and its theme parks. It is also within easy reach of the other major cities such as Orlando and Tampa.
There are also some stunning and beautiful beaches fairly close by such as Palm Beach. There is a recently developed golf course directly opposite the gates of Windsor Palms called Mystic Dunes. Telephone 1-407-226-9500 for information and tee times (tee times more expensive before 1.00 pm). There are also a host of other golf courses within easy driving distance.
It is within easy reach of Orlando International Airport (approximately 25 minutes) or Sanford (approximately 1 hour). Miami and Tampa airports are also worth consideration being approximately 4 hours and 1 hour 30 minutes away respectively.

Non-returnable deposit of £250/$350. A booking will only be considered firm, when the deposit has been received. Provisional bookings will be held for the guest for five (5) working days.
The balance is due eight (8) weeks before the date you arrive at the villa.
£100/$141 per week security deposit (against loss or damage). Minimum booking period is one week (7 days).
