The second a double, and third 2 single beds, both second bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Fully enclosed south facing swimming pool which can be heated (electric). All pool furniture is included .Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, ranch oven, fridge freezer, ice maker. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in lounge and master bedroom.

Cable TV in lounge and master bedroom each with 98+ channels. VCR and hi-fi system in lounge. Selection of videos and board games. Guests have access to basketball courts and children's play area.

Kissimmee, Florida Orlando villa located at the very peaceful Chatham park just off the 192. Only 10 mins to Disney world, 30 mins to Universal and Seaworld and 60 mins to each coast. Close to all amenities including dining, shopping and 24hr Walmart superstore is only 5 mins away.
