We can offer a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom homes, with or without its own private pool. Homes sleep 6 to 8. All homes are detached and have their own private fenced garden with garden furniture and are fully air conditioned/heated.

Two 3 bedroom private pool homes. (You can still use the free community pool)
One pool is 20 x 10 x 4 foot deep pool, has solar heat INCLUDED in rental. (Gas top up heat is an optional extra). Our luxury executive home (photos featured above) has a 33 x 16 x 6 foot deep pool, huge deck and covered area, is gas heated (optional extra). Both pools are fully screened. All doors which access pools are alarmed for children’s safety, as per regulations.
Or if you are looking for something more affordable...
A 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom, community pool home. These homes have all the same facilities as the others, they just don’t have a private pool in the back garden... FULL FREE COMMUNITY FACILITES are included. All homes are single storey, so suitable for minimal mobility problems. Our 3 bedroom community pool home has been ADAPTED FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS. It has ramps to the front door and inside the garage, has widened doors and ADA approved grab handles to the toilet and into the shower (which is big enough to allow for a personal helper to assist with showering if necessary). Please check for specific needs.

Master bedroom (in all homes) with Queen bed, ceiling fan, cable tv and bathroom en suite.
Second and third bedrooms (where applicable) each having twin beds and a family bathroom. A crib and highchair can be provided at no extra cost. There is a queen sofa bed in the lounge, to allow for an additional 2 persons. (It is also possible to provide a rollaway if required).
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full cooker, microwave, iron etc. Kitchen table and chairs. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided and there is a telephone. The washer and drier will be found in the double garage.
Lounge with ample seating (including a queen sleeper sofa), cable tv, video, and dining area.
Each home is meticulously maintained inside and out, and has been fully upgraded with full ceramic tiling (with area rugs for your comfort.)

Located within walking distance of Highway 192 near Water Mania and the Maingate indoor Flea market, and where you can pick up the Lynx bus service into Disney. Walk across the road (535) to the Buena Vista Shopping Outlet Malls, and so close to Disney (less than 3 miles) that you can hear the nightly fireworks. Approximately 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport. We back on to Falcons Fire Golf Course. It is an extremely quiet location yet has many shops and restaurants within walking distance, though a car is strongly recommended.
COMMUNITY EXTRAS
We are part of a thriving local community and therefore enjoy many extra community features.
In addition to each homes private facilities ALL HOMES have the free use of the private keyed community facilities, which include a huge heated (all year) community pool, private tennis courts and children’s playground. A key is provided to all renters.

LEGAL STUFF. We are fully licensed and legal with the state of Florida for short term rentals and comply with all regulations. Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom home is 6 and in the 3 bedroom is 8. Only named, registered persons, may occupy each property. Minimum rental is one week (2 weeks for very high season dates). Odd days above one week are pro rated. We book any day to any day and will do our best to accommodate any needs. We prefer non smoking inside the home. No pets are allowed. Bookings are only guaranteed on receipt of a deposit and signed contract. We are happy to supply a sample contract.

A deposit of £100 (or $200) is taken to secure the booking. This deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation, but fully refundable AFTER the rental, subject to no loss or damage to the property. Full rental is due 10 weeks prior to rental commencing. Your booking deposit then becomes our security until after the rental. Full receipt with details of property address/map etc is sent once full payment is made. Keys will usually be issued 2 weeks before you commence rental. (When we are in residence in Florida we will leave the keys in a secure lock box at the property and we personally monitor your safe arrival.) Payment can be made in UK or America, either cash or cheque. We are unable to take credit card payments.
