An easy 2 minute walk along a private boardwalk takes you directly to the beach where you can sunbathe, swim, stroll, or go shelling. Located on desirable West Gulf Dr., this 30 unit complex has a heated swimming pool, tennis court, elevator access, assigned parking and is less than a mile from one of the island's two 'major' shopping areas.

A visit to Sanibel Island wouldn't be complete without a visit to the world famous J.N. 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge and Bird Sanctuary, with its many trails and incredible sights. The main sanctuary is a 10 minute drive away, and a secondary site is a few minutes walk away!
Sanibel's beautiful shell-covered beaches can occupy you for hours while you search for that perfect shell. In addition, the island's extensive paved paths make walking, jogging and biking an easy, safe and fun way to get around the island.

For convenience, less than a mile away (within a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute bike) you will find Bailey's grocery store, shopping, restaurants, the island's movie theater, bicycle rentals and canoe/kayak rentals. BOOKING DEPOSIT: An initial deposit equal to 10% or $250 (whichever is greater) is due within 5 days of booking. Payment may be made by check, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
BALANCE DUE: Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival by check or credit card.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All reservations require a security deposit to be held during your stay. In lieu of a cash deposit, a MC/VISA/DISCOVER/AMX imprint will be acceptable at check-in to secure your deposit. Guest acknowledges agent's authority to charge guest's credit card for damages to unit rented.
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation MORE than ninety (90) days from the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a processing charge of $30.00. If you cancel ninety days or LESS from the commencement date, your deposit will be forfeited, unless your original dates are rebooked. If you cancel 30 days or less from the commencement date, your full rental amount is forfeited, unless your original dates are rebooked. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.
