The villa is fully air conditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans in each room and the decor and furnishings are maintained to a high standard.There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room which are sufficient to accommodate up to 6 persons with ease.
The kitchen has a breakfast nook and offers a full range of equipment including crockery and cooking utensils. A full complement of duvets, bed linen and towels are provided for each bedroom.
The pool and lawns are serviced on a regular basis by a local management agency who are also employed to cater for the comfort and welfare of guests during their stay at the villa.
The lounge and dining areas are combined to provide an ideal ambience for dining and relaxation.

The villa is located in a district called Rotonda which is part of a wildlife conservation area near Cape Haze on Florida's Gulf of Mexico coast between the major resorts of Sarasota to the north and Fort Myers to the south around 40 miles away in either direction. Each of these resorts have main airports servicing international airlines.
The beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are within easy reach and a short driving time from the villa - around 15 minutes. In addition, the villa is very near 4 local golf courses which are available to the public at very reasonable cost. Being near to the coast boat and jet ski hire are also available from local marinas. The district is served by a number of supermarkets and stores as well as a variety of restaurant offering excellent cuisine.
The location offers an ideal ambience for relaxation as well as providing the opportunity of pursuing other more active and recreational activities such as golfing, fishing, sailing etc or following the more leisurely pursuits of visiting local places of interest, museums, parks, shopping malls etc. The more fashionable areas of Siesta & Longboat Key, Sarasota, Venice, Naples and the islands of Marco, Captiva & Sanibel are within easy reach by car.
All these resorts are on the coastline and apart from hosting numerous shopping malls and excellent restaurants with first class services they also have beautiful white sandy beaches for relaxation.

The main theme parks at Orlando can be reached in under 3 hours by car whilst the Everglades to the south take a shorter time of under 2 hours.
