2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 bath, 3 basins, 2 toilets.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooker, utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc (complete). Hairdryer.
Living space: (Great Room)
Lounge/dining: 2 TV's, VCR Radio/cassette, Air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room.

UTILITIES: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board. Linen.
Our swimming pool is totally screened to protect against flying insects. It is SOLAR heated at no additional charge. It is also gas heated as an optional extra.
The pool faces south into the sun from dawn to dusk, and also overlooks a conservation area providing privacy.

2 Beautiful lakes for fishing.

We are 5 miles from DISNEYWORLD, just over one hours drive to the beaches of the GULF of MEXICO going west, and similar distance going east to CAPE CANAVERAL and the Atlantic coast.
The nearest shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc are 1 mile.
The drive from ORLANDO INT airport to the villa takes about 30 minutes.
