Situated in Manasota Key, Englewood, SW Florida, the Condo is yards from white sandy beach, many golf courses nearby. Local shops 10 minute walk. Major shops and supermarkets at both ends of the key only 15/20 minute drive. Port Charlotte has many restaurants and shopping mall and is only a 40 minute drive away.


LINKS AND OTHER INFORMATION


Nearest airport is Sarasota/Bradenton only 35 minute drive. Miami and Orlando are about a 3 hour drive away. No smokers please or pets.
RENTAL RATES

Weekly rental rates  £ GBP per week
 Mid April - December 2002  £495 per week. (US Dollars also accepted)
 Please note there is s 2 week minimum stay.

£150 non refundable deposit. $250 returnable security deposit.
Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
The condo is not available from 15 January to 15 April 2002
