| The villa is fully air conditioned. The master suite has a queen bed, triple dresser, wall mounted TV, a walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin) are situated off the family room and adjacent to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have clock/radios and ceiling fans. 2 hair driers are supplied. The lounge has a queen couch (sofa bed) and a free standing fan. The kitchen is fully equiped - large gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer with filtered water and cubed/crushed ice-dipenser on the door, dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, juicer, pots pans, crockery and cutlery. Currency Converter Deposit of $150/£100 per week confirms bookings, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of holiday then full payment must be made at time of booking. Returnable security deposit of $180/£125 is required with final payment. Pool heat is $100/£70 per week. All taxes are included in price. |
