Centrally located between both coasts, Imperialakes is situated
in the quiet rural community of Lakeland. Visitors are 60 miles
away from all major Florida attractions, such as Disney, Epcot,
MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios and many more.
UNIT AMENITIES: The Two bedroom units at Imperialakes are air
conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator,
stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric
can opener, pots and pans, dinnerware and flatware. The living
area even has a remote controlled television. All units have a
vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Linen and towels are supplied
by the resort.
The two bedroom unit at Imperialakes accommodates a maximum of
6 people. There is a sofa bed in the living area, a queen size
bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.
The units offers privacy for 4 people.

Directions
From Orlando: From the Orlando Airport,
take The Beeline Expressway west. The Beeline Expressway is also
known as Highway 528 and it is a toll highway. At the Interstate
4 interchange go west toward Lakeland. You will travel along Interstate
4 for approximately 40 minutes. Go past the main exits to Lakeland
and take exit 15 south onto County Line Road. Proceed south (left)
approximately 7 miles until you reach Shepherd Road. At Shepherd
Road, turn left (east) and drive 4 miles to Imperial Parkway.
Turn right on Imperial Parkway (there is a Texaco Station at this
intersection). The check-in office is in Suite 110 of the IMPERIAL
CROWN CENTRE office building on the left. The sign will read AUGUST
IMPERIAL MANAGEMENT.
From Tampa: From the Tampa Airport,
take Interstate 275 north to Interstate 4 and head east. Take
exit 15 south (right) at County Line Road and continue for about
8 miles to Shepherd Road. Turn left on Shepherd Road and drive
for approximately 4 miles until you reach Imperial Parkway. Turn
right on Imperial Parkway (there is a Texaco Station at this intersection).
The check-in office is in Suite 110 of the IMPERIAL CROWN CENTRE
office building on the left. The sign will read AUGUST IMPERIAL
MANAGEMENT.
Check-in Instructions
The registration office is called August Imperial Management.
It is located in a two storey office complex on Imperial Parkway
in Suite 110. Their telephone number is (863) 647-1590.
Saturday Check-in: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday
and check-out is at 9:00 AM the following Saturday.
Sunday Check-in: Please ensure that the resort has been contacted
to ensure that your key is left for you along with the instructions
to your unit.
