Each property features luxurious en-suite shower-rooms, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The serviced villas have been designed and appointed to ensure complete privacy and easy-living, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxation afforded by tropical outdoor living.

The villas are fully serviced, including daily maid service, turndown service, broadband Internet, mini-bar, TV, cable, DVD players, room service etc.

Rates Info: 1,000.00 THB Thailand Baht is approx = 15.32 GBP.
Extra bed. We can provide an extra bed for children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old and this will be changed at a nett rate of 1,177 Baht per night including tax and service change. A maximum of one (1) extra bed is avaible per room per night.
We can provide baby cots for infants up to 3 years old upon request. There is no extra charge for this.

Payment Terms: Deposit policy: 25% deposit to be paid upon reservation; to be paid by bank transfer to Siam Samui Villas Co. Ltd. Other 75% of the balance to be transferred 30 days before guest arrival.

Cancellation & refund policy: Cancellation 60 days or more in advance 100% of deposit refunded. Cancellation 30-59 days in advance 50% of deposit refunded.
