VILLA NIRVANA
The villa has been built shaped to provide the majority of rooms upstairs and downstairs with the stunning views. The design is Thai with western construction and is furnished to a high standard with all new fixtures and fittings.
Enter through double doors to the impressive hall area and you will be immediately captivated by the breathtaking view of the 9 meter infinity/horizon edge pool and vista beyond seen through glass sliding doors. Direct access to the pool deck on the same level can also be from the lounge and dining room. A fully fitted kitchen, guest cloakroom/shower room and a comfortable TV room with satellite TV, DVD, stereo, games and books complete the ground floor of the villa which is tiled throughout.
From the hallway with it's floor to ceiling effect taking in the two floors of the villa to the exposed rafters of the "V" shaped Thai roof, the stairs lead up to the minstrels gallery. One upstairs wing houses the master suite incorporating the bedroom with balcony walk in closet and bathroom and in the other there is a twin bedroom with balcony and a further double bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have cool parquet floors
Outside perched on the far end of the pooldeck stands a Thai sala to experience relaxation and to take in the cool breezes which are always present coming from the Gulf of Siam. The swimming pool incorporates a 4 person jacuzzi seat to sit in and sup cocktails whilst taking in the spectacular sunsets and water cascades over the infinity edge of the pool creating a waterfall to the catchment pool on the lower sundeck.
A sweeping driveway leads to a 2 car carport behind which houses the maid quarters and the utility area and all is surrounded by a tropically landscaped garden with a water feature and lily pond.

The cost of a hire car is included in the rentaland a driver is also available at extra cost.
Other services such as cooking and babysitting are available on request and at extra cost

The villa is located on the beautiful and popular north coast of the island of Koh Samui nestled on a hillside on an exclusive private estate. Near the entrance to Santi Thani there are a few "grocery" shops for the essentials such as drinks, bread etc and also the beach restaurants/bars nearby offer international cuisine as well as Thai food. The villages of Maenam and Bophut 10/15 mins dive away offer a larger selection of restaurants, bars and shops as well as several diving centres (a popular activity in Samui) and sea tour companies for the island boat trips. In November 2003 a new golf course, and Koh Samui's first, is opening just above Maenam and it has been said that it will be one of the top ten courses in Asia. If you wish to be pampered there are now several well- being spas in this area and they offer several programmes for a luxury experience. The huge Tesco Lotus supermarket where the majority of western foodstuffs can be bought is on the main ring road to Chaweng. Livelier bars, restaurants and street stalls can be found in Chaweng and they are open until quite late.
From the villa driving in the opposite direction will bring you to Nathon, the commercial capital of Samui and here tourist shops can be found together with a few restaurants/bars but are much quieter and not open late.

The easiest International airport is Bangkok and from there a short walkway through to the domestic terminal. Bangkok Airways have approx 15 flights daily to Koh Samui and the journey time is 1 hr 10mins.
