The Headland Villas are known in Thai as "Laem Ling Lod" which literally translated means "Leaping Monkey Point". This is your first clue that you will be immersed in a truly wondrous natural setting.
The Headland Villas are the epitome of a private and stylish getaway in a most sublime natural setting. Overlooking the spectacular islands of the Angthong Marine Park, the Villas enjoy breathtaking sea views and sweeping vistas over the white sands of Baan Taling Ngam. These five totally private hillside residences nestled amidst lush tropical gardens are blessed with some of the finest sunsets in Thailand.
Furnished to the highest standard, each villa comprises two units that enjoy spectacular deck areas which frame the beach, islands and sea as backdrop to your holiday! The main unit is an air-conditioned lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and loft relaxing area. The loft could be considered a third bedroom, but is more ideal as a play or sleeping area for older children. The bedroom unit has two air-conditioned comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. Folding teak and glass doors open each room to the cooling breeze and relaxing sounds of the sea below.
Each Villa is equipped with Satellite TV, whilst VCD and CD players complete an entertainment system and allow you to keep in touch with the "real world" from your ideal retreat. The spacious wooden deck areas of each villa ensure that you take advantage of the surrounding nature, spectacular views and ample sunshine. Breakfast al fresco, daytime sunning and relaxing, or sunset cocktails are just a few of your choices for activities!
The Headland location means that guests can enjoy the best of both Villa and Luxury Hotel worlds. You can enjoy high quality self catered villa living enhanced by in-villa chef and spa services, whilst guests are always welcome at the adjacent 5 start hotel’s numerous restaurants, bars, shops and facilities. Beach and poolside loungers are free of charge, whilst all Food & Beverage and other hotel facilities are charged at normal hotel rates. The Villas also enjoy direct beach access to the safe white sand swimming haven of Baan Taling Ngam, whilst the adjacent hotel’s beachside pool offers an all year round sunning and cool off venue.

VILLA DETAILS
The two units of the Villas have an overall area of 120 square metres.
The Main building incorporates a Living / Dining area, Kitchen and Loft.
The Loft has a double bed most suitable for older children.
The kitchen is fully equipped and electric powered, with stylish dining settings.
The Villa entertainment centre comprises a Satellite TV, VCD & CD players.
Up to 50 Channels via TV including BBC, CNN, HBO, Cinemax, ESPN, Star Sports as well as select Children’s channels.
Sea grass Lounge set and a six person Dining Table
Fully Air-Conditioned as well as ceiling fan above lounge area.
The 2nd building houses two bedrooms, one double and one twin bed.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, one with shower, and the other a bath / shower.
Bedrooms are fully Air-Conditioned.
Each Villa has a wooden deck of a minimum 60 square metres.
Outdoor padded wooden dining setting for 4 persons, and two padded sun lounges with Umbrella.

ADJACENT FIVE STAR HOTEL
Headland Villa guests are welcome to use the beach & poolside sun lounges free of charge. All other Hotel facilities are available at prevailing hotel rates. The hotel offers three (3) outstanding restaurants and several shops. Charge facilities can be arranged if required.

VILLA SERVICES
A team of six (6), supervised by our Guest Relations Manager, staffs our Villa Our staff will visit your Villa three (3) times a day, unless you advise. Firstly each morning to clean and set your deck. Mid morning (or when you are out) to generally service and clean all areas. In the early evening to clear your deck of cushions and offer bedroom turndown.

SUGGESTED IN VILLA SERVICES
Arrange for our Chef to prepare you a Thai Banquet or your own favorite dishes. Enjoy a relaxing Thai Massage, facial, body wrap or manicure/pedicure in the privacy of your Villa. Learn to cook Thai Cuisine in your Villa Kitchen, with training by an accredited teaching Chef

Whilst in Koh Samui, we recommend you enjoy the superb cuisine of its many restaurants, the vibrant nightlife as well as visit the superb attractions that it has to offer. Shopping and dining at many Thai restaurants is only a mere 15 minutes away in Nathon, Samui’s main town and commercial center. The fishing village of Bophut on the northern coast offers a selection of superb Western and Thai eateries with views of Koh Phan Ngan Island. Lamai Beach is just 15 minutes away in the easterly direction, with the main tourist area of Chaweng just a few minutes further.
Our resident staff under the leadership of a guest relations manager will cater to your every need, whether it be arranging an in-villa spa treatment, babysitting or sightseeing tours. We suggest you enjoy the services of one of our experienced Thai chefs to prepare "what you want, when you want it". You can even learn to cook Thai cuisine in the comfort of your own villa kitchen if desired.

Located in the Gulf of Thailand,
80 kms from the Thai mainland and city of Surat Thani, and 560 kms south of Bangkok.

HEADLAND VILLA LOCATION
Located on the South-West coast of Koh Samui
10 minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 35 kms from Samui’s international airport.

HOW TO GET HERE
Fly by Bangkok Airways from Bangkok (15+ flights daily), Singapore or Phuket.
Flights from Bangkok take roughly one hour by Boeing 717, or 80 minutes by twin turbo prop ATR-72 aircraft.
The Boeing 717, reducing flying time to a little over one hour, now also serves flights from Singapore.
Flights can be booked via the Internet on www.bangkokair.com
E-tickets are readily available and enjoy a preferential check-in.
We will meet you at Samui Airport.
Transfer to the Headland is via an Air-Conditioned Minivan.

Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Value Added Tax and Airport Transfers.
Rates are applicable for a maximum of four (4) adults and two (2) children under the age of 10.
Extra person charge is US$30 per person per night.
Transfers are charged at US$20 each way, for a maximum of six (6) persons.

Chinese New Year – One week before till one week after Chinese New Year
