Luxurious, intimate and private villa of unmistakable character. For those who want a maximum of privacy and comfort, and a minimum of fuss, The HoutBay Hideaway Cape Town is a great choice!
The "Hideaway" accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in 5 spacious, en-suite guestrooms. The many features include 2 lounges, a kitchen, 4 kitchenettes, 4 fireplaces, under-floor heating throughout the house, including the bathrooms. And heated towel racks, of course.

The upper floor, the Penthouse, comprises 3 guestrooms all leading to a large, wrap-around veranda. Two even have their own private fireplace. And if so required, the Bay View, which has a large private deck with mountain and ocean views, can be converted into a lounge.
The ground-floor DECO apartment also has a Jacuzzi-bath and an outside jet-shower in a small court yard. The Garden Apartment, also on the ground-floor, has a bath with shower, and a large cabin with two jet showers.

All rooms have direct access to the large, well established garden. Gently sloping, it is filled with indigenous trees and bushy "fynbos" areas. It offers a black-pool, two sun-decks with teak deck-chairs, a large, shady, wrap-around veranda and many other private areas for people to read, enjoy the stunning scenery (both mountain AND sea-view), or have breakfast. There's even a fully functional Victorian bath under the trees!
