Aqua Pulchra villa is approached through electric gates, beyond which there is ample parking. The holiday villa is designed so that every room provides stunning views of the 'magnificent waters' after which it is so aptly named. It is arranged over two floors, with a main living area on the first floor reached by steps or elevator. All main rooms on the first floor face the water and open out on to terraces.
The Central Area: Here there is a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a series of French doors leading to a panorama of turquoise water reflected in the villa's pool. The dining table comfortably seats eight. Couches in the living area provide a comfortable resting place with a view of the Sound beyond. Either side of the central area is two wings providing you with space and privacy.
Wing 1: To one side is a media room with plasma TV, DVD and BOSE surround sound which extend to both living area and patio, and can be listened to independently of each other. This wing also houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with walk in shower, the other en-suite with tub. Each room is bright and airy and opens onto a sitting area and private patio with views of the water. The villa sleeps up to eight.
Outdoors: Outside the villa you will find abundant space to soak up the sun on the loungers, or dine al fresco under the stars. The large pool has the benefit of solar heating to provide a perfect temperature no matter what the time of day. From the pool deck, meander along a series of paths and steps down to the water's edge where you will find a private deck for your relaxation or exploring the crystal clear water.
The villa has central air conditioning for your comfort, and the waterside location provides an almost constant gentle breeze. Air conditioning is metered and charged back to guests at a nominal cost. Broadband internet is free of charge, and a separate utility area with washer and dryer is located in the garage area.

Tax: A 10% accommodation tax is effective as of July 2004. This will be payable at the time your final balance is due.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. The balance plus tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you book a vacation less than 60 days before arrival, the full rental fee and tax are payable at the time of booking.
There is a minimum rental period cost equivalent to five days, but you are welcome to come for less!
