DESCRIPTION

Tamarind House is situated on Monk's Hill, overlooking Falmouth Harbour, on the south side of the Caribbean Island of Antigua. It is on two floors with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lower floor. Another double bedroom, with en suite bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining area are on the upper floor. The upper floor is an open plan area built in an L shape surrounding a swimming pool. There is a double size sofa-bed in the lounge which can be easily prepared so that the house can accommodate 6 adults with ease. There is ample seating both inside and out and a large dining table and also a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with hob, microwave, 'fridge freezer and sufficient cutlery, crockery and utensils for 6.

The house is open plan to make the most of its superb view over Falmouth harbour while providing shady areas during times of greatest heat. Extensive balconies and patios provide plenty of room for a leisurely sun-downer, or open-air eating at any time of the day in sun-shine or shade. At the same time, lockable bedrooms provide privacy for you and security for your possessions.
SPECIAL ITEMS

Guests should be aware that the pool is large and small children should be supervised at all times. Also, access to the house is up a steep road and a 4 wheel hire car is recommended.
LOCATION & AMENITIES


This Antigua holiday villa has ready access to a wide variety of sports (including, tennis, squash, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding) and close to a number of historical sights (Nelson's Dockyard, Shirley Heights and Monk's Hill itself). Most importantly, it is close to several lovely beaches, including Pigeon beach 8 minutes ride away. There are a number of local supermarkets and many good restaurants, just a short drive away.

 Low Season : June 1 to November 30  £945/$1295 USD
 High Season : December 1 to May 31  £1195/$1695 USD

There is a discount if only 2 people are staying and an additional charge if 5 or 6 (see our website for full details - link above)
Daily rates are available on request and discounts may be possible at certain times.
A deposit of 25% of the full rental fee is required to confirm the booking, the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to the date of the holiday. An additional refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is charged to cover breakages and damage.
