DESCRIPTION

Magnificent holiday villa with 9 bedroom, 8 shower rooms, sleeps up to 18. Home cinema room, large private swimming pool, close to Arenal beach Javea, Costa Blanca.
Our large and spacious family villa has 9 bedrooms 8 shower rooms, WC, 3 kitchens, 3 dining rooms, 1 large lounge, children's entertainment room, seperate home cinema room with wall projetion TV, DVD plus DVD'S and surround sound. The villa breaks down into 3 self contained apartments of a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments.

The outside pool area has a purpose built BBQ, poolside bar and cabana with fridge freezer and sink. Seperate poolside shower an WC with hot and cold water. An entertainment area with table tennis, free to play pool table, table football and air hockey. A second cabana offering shade around the pool also has a dart board. There are sun loungers with cushions, low tables for drinks and tables and chairs for 18 persons. There is a seperate laundry area with washing machines. Our villa is designed for large family parties, wedding, birthday, anniversary parties. We can arrange catering, aiport collection and return if you so wish or car hire.

SPECIAL ITEMS

For children there is a Play Station 2 with game DVD's, videos and air hockey, plus a table football. It takes aprox 7 mins to walk to the beach and surrounding shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Tennis clubs are only 7 min's walk away as is mini golf, trampolines and fair. Benidorm's Terra Mitica, (Theme park) Mundamar (Sea world) and Aqualandia (Waterpark) are only 45 min's drive.

LOCATION & AMENITIES


This Javea villa rental is in the perfect location and is within waliking distance of the beach and supermarket and yet is in a quiet country lane off the main road. The walk is all on the flat and you can either walk on the main road or through the marina. There is plenty of nightlife for all ages and wonderful restaurants, too numerous to mention serving all different cuisines.

You can either fly into Alicante airport or Valencia, they are both approx one hour 15 min's away. The sandy beach in Javea is very safe for children.

Weekly rates are for 18 persons. Discounts are availble for smaller parties please ask.Security damage deposit of £600 is required one week in advance and returned (Less any damages or breakages) one week after departure.
All prices include electricity, water, bed linen and towels, cleaning once a week and hairdryers in all bedrooms. Pool towels and beach towels can be rented.
