DESCRIPTION

This wonderful, well maintained villa is situated in a peaceful location right by the sea with its own access to a small, quiet, sandy beach. It is set in a large well kept garden (not overlooked) with many Mediterranean plants, palms and cacti. It has a large pool and several graduated terraces with magnificent sea and panoramic views. It is divided into two apartments, the upper one is available while the basement one is left empty during the summer. The upper apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds 1 with an extra bed. Generous living/dining room with open fireplace as wellas exit to the winter garden and to the round balcony and the garden. A large kitchen and 2 bathrooms with bath.
