DESCRIPTION


Casa Ladera sits directly below the watchful `Eye' (cave) of Montgo mountain with views across the valley; built in the Spanish `Finca' style, the property is mainly on one level. The 2500m.sq. plot boasts it's own private, full sized tennis court leading from the citrus orchard. A 8m x 4m swimming pool with large sun bathing terrace; furnished with sun loungers plus a well appointed tiled Bar-b-que area with it's own spacious terraced seating area.
Gardens run along both front and rear of the villa, with exotic palm and cactus trees. Parking for 4 cars.
A spacious `Naya' runs along the south facing front of the villa and has traditional `Tosca' arches; this is where you will find a welcoming cool evening breeze, and a place to relax with your favourite glass of wine. An entrance from the Naya leads to an `L' shaped lounge/dinning room with an open fire for the winter months. At the right side of the lounge is the master king en-suite bedroom, to the left of the dining area are a further 5 bedrooms, two double and three twin, a guest bathroom with automatic washing machine, and a separate shower room plus a newly fitted, modern, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven and built in microwave .All rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard. Villa sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

LOCATION & AMENITIES

Casa Ladera is built on the private Rimontgo development, situated just below the Montgo National Park and green belt area.
5 to 10 minutes drive to the sandy Arenal beach, port, the old town and golf courses.
Javea is a popular holiday resort and the old town has maintained it's whitewashed buildings and narrow streets; combined with the nightly fish market in the port, Javea reflects an unspoilt part of Spain. The long and safe Arenal sandy beach has a promenade fringed with bars and restaurants. At night craft stalls are set up and there are children's amusements, fun fair, trampolines etc. Later in the evening some of the bars become discos. There two superb 18-hole golf courses within 1.5Km. from the villa, the area is magnificent for walking and there is a wide variety of water and other sports available.

Javea (Xabia) This select, beautiful and well preserved seaside town is ideal for families and lies 70 minutes drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport, just off the A7 (junction 62)toll motorway on the Costa Blanca.
Steeped in history, Javea is over looked from the North by the Montgo mountain, famous for the cave they call the `eye'. It is said locally: "If you gaze into the eye you will be besotted by the area and will return year after year.
The region is known as the `oasis of Spain', with an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year, despite the average 300 days of sunshine. Further info available from owners at yph villas.
