DESCRIPTION

A large villa which is available as a whole or as three individual apartments. Set in terraced gardens with lemon and orange trees. It has a swimming pool and sunbathing areas, barbecue, eating terraces, balconies, car port and shared utility room. As a whole the villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with bath shower washbasin bidet and toilet. two with showers toilets and washbasins. Two double rooms, 1 twin bedded room and a studio apartment bedroom.
1 sitting room, 1 separate dining room, 1 sitting/dining room. Most of the property has recently been refurnished to a high standard.

Linen included. Towels included. Private pool 6 x 5 metres.
Centrally heated and has the benefit of a wood burner for those cooler winter evenings. Electric fans are provided for the summer. Fully equipped kitchen facilities with cookers and hobs, fridges, microwaves, toasters and kettles. Pots pans, coffee maker etc.
Entertainment facilities include TV, Satellite and Hi-Fi.
Outdoors features well established terraced gardens with lemon, orange and palm trees. There is a beautiful poinsettia tree and various other plants. A lovely fountain finish off the feeling of tranquility.
There is a car port and plenty of parking outside the villa. Barbecue. Sunloungers and shades, patio furniture, outdoor shower. Drying area.

LOCATION & AMENITIES

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority or properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. In the other direction from the villa is the town of Calpe which has long sandy beaches, many shops and restaurants marina and a thriving night life.
Alicante airport is approx 1 hour and fifteen minutes away and Valencia one and a half hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as the nearest bus top is a good distance away. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe is 10 minutes and Javea 25 minutes away.
Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two Internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Sealife Park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must.
Local activities include Water sports, Hiking/walking, Fishing, Golf, Swimming, Cycling, Mountain biking, Horse riding, Wine/beer/food tasting, Flora and fauna
The nearest nine hole golf course is approx 7 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalo's etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track suitable for all levels.

Sorry, Villa is not really wheelchair friendly. Children are welcome. Smoking is allowed in places. All the outdoor facilities are shared regardless of whether the villa is rented as a whole or individually.
