DESCRIPTION


Casa Figueiral is a 3 bedroom Algarve villa set in 3 acres of grounds with landscaped gardens and car port. The house nestles in the centre of a fig orchard, with panoramic views of the sea and around to the Monchique Mountains in the North. The 11 x 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a BBQ, pergola, shower and ample pool side furniture in a peaceful rural location.

The holiday villa accommodation comprises of a large lounge and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and music centre, with wood burning stove for winter use. Well equipped kitchen and separate utility area. There are two ground floor twin/double bedrooms with en suite bathroom or shower room. The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor, offering a separate lounge, large balcony and en suite bathroom. From the balcony there is an exterior staircase leading to the circular terrace below and pool area. Maid service is provided 5 days per week and pool cleaning twice per week. This is a very peaceful rural location and an idyllic setting for a wonderful holiday. Car essential. Cot & high chair available.
SPECIAL ITEMS

The villa is very central for the local attractions. Zoomarine only 10 minute drive offers a great family day out with dolphin shows, water slides and large wave pool, and provides an opportunity to 'swim with the dolphins'. The 'Aqualand' water park is only 2km from the villa and very popular with families as is 'Slide & Splash' Water park at Lagoa - again only a short drive away. The villa is also ideally situated for visits to the Coves and wonderful beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

LOCATION & AMENITIES


This luxury Algarve holiday villa rental is situated on a hill behind the town of Armacao de Pera and close to the village of Porches. Armacao de Pera is renowned for its 2 mile long sandy beach which offers a host of water sports, including wind surfing, jet ski's, pedaloes, banana boats and paragliding. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and beach bars along the palm tree promenade of Armacao. Other local sports activities include Tennis Courts, Golf Clubs, Sailing Clubs and boat hire to visit the 'sardine' caves. The quaint village of Porches is also close by and is renowned for its 3 famous restaurants.
