The holiday Villa "Sauvagie" is a charmingly renovated old farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pool. The farmhouse villa is 3 km from the historical centre of Grasse in a strategic position between mountains and sea. The house goes back to 1750 and a number of old elements are preserved: thick walls, big chimneys, beams. Surface: 260 m2. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 9 persons.

Ground floor: salon with large chimney going onto spacious terrace with old lime tree, dining room, veranda leads out into the garden, kitchen leads out onto a terrace, a shower room with toilet in tadelak (Moroccan style).

First floor: 3 bedrooms, including one bedroom with 2 single beds, one shower room with toilet, a bathroom and one separate toilet, living room with a second large chimney.

Second floor: a living room with TV, DVD, one bedroom. Pool of 75 m2, all the house is surrounded by, nature nobody face to you, on 5000 m2 ground surrounded by 20000 m2 hills.

Holiday home has nearby golf clubs at Claux Amic 2,5km. and another at St. Donat in Grasse.
