the heart of Cannes has 4 double bedrooms and sleeps 8. It has a secluded garden with pool and terrace. It can be divided into
2 flats, which can be let separately. It is set in a quiet and
secluded garden with large shaded patio ideal for al fresco dining.
Master bedroom on first floor with four poster bed and ensuite
marble bathroom. Double bedroom with a walk in marble shower room.
Bedrooms on the first floor have a sea view.
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with marble tops
and beech cabinets, fridge-freezer, halogen hob and electric oven.
Lounge and dining room with leather sofas and solid oak refectory
table. Satellite TV and ADSL.
On lower ground floor there are 2 twin bedded rooms with walk-in
shower room and kitchenette with 2 halogen hot plates, fridge-freezer
and microwave oven.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor with sea views. The Master bedroom has a large four poster bed parquet flooring throughout with an en suite dressing room and marble bathroom. Ventilators are provided but not often needed.
Bedroom No2 can be used as a single or double room with parquet flooring with attached marble shower room.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the ground floor - bedroom 3 has twin- beds which can be joined up as king size double bed. Bedroom 4 has a divan bed with pull - out bed. This can also be made up as a double bed. They share a spacious walk- in shower room.
PARKING: there is space for one car on the villa' grounds. Additional parking is available by request.
Shopping: Villa Picciola benefits from its central location - there is a wide choice of convenience stores nearby, supermarkets, grocery stores, newsagent cafes, bakeries ( Jean Luc Pele bakery&Patisserie is just 5 minutes walk down the road and offers the most spectacular and delicious choice of breads, cakes, snacks and of course the famous macarons.!.), all these stores are open 7 days a week.
The trendy shopping area of the rue d'Antibes is only a 15 minutes walk away , as well as the spectacular seafront, the famous Croisette with its fantastic choice of cafes and restaurants where one can just have a drink and watch the world go by or sample delicious provencale or traditional french cuisine.
There is a fabulous choice of shops for all budgets, from the very chic designer stores and art galleries to the more affordable trendy or arts and craft shops.
