Villa Soleil is a charming hillside villa with views over
private tree lined garden and the Mediterranean sea, it has a pool
with patio areas and a large garden and sleeps 12. The villa is
located in an exclusive part of Cannes less than 3 km from the centre
of Cannes and the beach. The area has many exclusive restaurants
and plenty of water sports including windsurfing, water-skiing,
paragliding, scuba diving, it also has a tennis club, a modern gym
and there is a golf course a few minutes away, guests are able to
experience all the special attributes of Cannes and the Cote d'Azur.
The main living room is accessed via the main entrance hallway.
The spacious room offers an open fireplace and is fully furnished
to high standards, including a Hi-fi. Large Bay windows lead to
a tile covered terrace, extending around the entire first floor
of the villa and overlooks the pool, the garden and has a close
sea view.
There are three floors. One room under the roof with it's own sumptuous
private roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or star gazing! From here
you can see quite a bit of the nearby bays and catching a mistral
breeze can be a priceless experience.
There are three rooms on the main floor and two rooms downstairs
at pool level.
There are five bedrooms and an extra TV room. All bedrooms have
their own en-suite bathroom/shower, beautifully tiled.
We also have a baby's cot bed and two high chairs. Four of the rooms
have air-conditioning. They are large and elegant and there is lot's
of storage room. All have large french window and shutters. Every
room has a view.
Fully modernised kitchen, fitted with gorgeous black counters, with
lot's of storage. Two large fridges, new gas cooker, oven and a
large microwave. An exit door at rear to the courtyard allows one
to make discrete exit/entrance.
The swimming pool has an alarm system and there are plenty of sunbeds
around.
For families with small children, there is a big sandpit with a
tent on top in order to offer some shade. Usually kids love that
area.
