The Golf-house is in a guarded compound between hole 9-10 on a hill, has 4 bedrooms and 3 tiled bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen open space to dining and living room. BBQ dinner on the terrace with seating for 8-10 persons or have dinner in the dining room. The house has an area of around 160 sqm and a land plot of 1500sqm around. Living room with fireplace, vaulted dining room, fully fitted kitchen, TV, Hi Fi, pool, terraces, garden furniture, grass-lawn, garden with flowers and trees, garage space for min 2 cars. The owners, have carefully furnished this beautiful villa giving it a charm all of it's own. The clubhouse is a 2 min walk, tee off at 200 m, beautiful forests and hills for trekking helps to create a magical environment.

The terraces have garden chairs, dining table and a nice BBQ. The pool is surrounded by terraces in levels, partly in the sun or with shade. There is a direct access from the garden to the golfcourse right outside. If you rent an electric Golfcar you have direct access from 10th tee to the the villa-garden with carpark for two cars. The villa has a nice garden with walkways, roses, rosemary, olive tree, oak etc.

The villa is located in the residential area of Club Golf de Barbaroux, one of the most beautiful courses in France, (top 40 in Europe) spectacular for all handicap levels, challenging and hilly on the first nine, flat but interesting last 9. No crowd and easy to book suitable 'Tee off' for green fee players. Nice Clubhouse with excellent lunch on the terrace, and breakfast if you do not cook at home. You will find at least 5-7 interesting golf courses in 1hr drive from the house (Nans les Pins 20 min).

The villa is easy to find. Drive from Nice on the autoroute A8 to Brignoles which takes + 1 hr, through the town and it is signposted to Golf de Barbaroux. From Marseilles it is about 1hr drive and from Toulon /St Tropéz about 1/2 hr drive to the house.
Countryside, vines and hills. We have a peaceful atmosphere with three Wine-Chateaux just around the compound, and lovely surroundings for trekking from the house through the pineforests, vines and across the hills.

Rental prices are per week including swimming pool, maintenance, electricity and water. Additional: End of stay cleaning charged locally at EUR 65,-/ cleaning. Bed set charged locally at EUR 11,-/set. Your reservation is confirmed on receipt of deposit representing 30% of the total rental cost.
