DESCRIPTION

The Villa Casa Serena with separate guesthouse are located in a pleasant residential area set among other villas near St. Aygulf Frejus between Cannes and St. Tropez on the Cote d'Azur.

The main house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, one shower room, one bathroom and two WC's. Provence style kitchen. Chemine in the living room. Outside barbecue and large terrace. Satellite TV and all the equipment you need in a modern home. (Sleeps 10 max.) 2 terraces.

Guest house has a big room with a king size bed, shower room and WC. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Flat garden area 2,030 sqm. with palms and mature trees allowing privacy and intimacy away from the ‘outside world’.

The villa has a nice pool 50 sq.m. in a sunny area. The big sandy beaches are no further than 1.5 km from the house. Tennis court is 50 m from the Villa and there are plenty of golf clubs nearby.

Bikes, table-tennis and boules / petanque are there for your use.
The satellite TV has English, French and Scandinavian channels.
LOCATION & AMENITIES


Villa is situated in St Aygulf-Frejus, Provence, Cote d'Azur, South of France.
In the little village of St. Aygulf - Frejus you will find many interesting shops for daily use and also a lot of small restaurants and a market held twice a week. The more exclusive shops you will find in St. Raphael, St. Tropez and Cannes. The same for the Casinos.

All the watersports you would expect to find are available at the beach and at several clubs. Marinaland in Antibes is a ‘must’ for children as well as their parents. Provence with all the small villages is close by and you should be able to see a new one every day without getting tired.

Mountain biking and horse-riding are possible close by. Do not forget to visit our village Frejus, a picturesque roman town with charm, only 10 minutes from the Villa.

The natural park of "VILLEPEY" with swans and many other birds is 500 m from the villa.
